The Bannock Brae story started five generations ago when Keiren Luck’s great-great-grandfather William Willis settled his family at Meringandan, just outside Toowoomba. Fast forward over 100 years to discover a new level in paddock to plate. Keiren and Andrea Luck grow their own beef and lamb and source pork from a neighbour. They have opened their own fully accredited butcher farm shop, Bannock Brae Meats to provide top quality, fresh farm meats at affordable prices. Keiran and Andrea control everything from breeding and raising their limousine cross cattle to butchering and packing. High importance is placed on animal welfare, and their cattle are personally transported to the abattoir with low-stress handling and minimum travel time. You can buy direct from the Bannock Brae farm shop or pre-order online for delivery or collection. As well as fresh meat, they also sell smoked hams, cabana, and wood-smoked pork.
Guru Tip
You can stay at Bannock Brae in a rustic farm stay cottage with all mod cons, including a claw foot bath and a king-size bed.
