The Graziers Daughter is owned by Wendy Cook, who sources her hamper products (24 hrs notice required) from local artisans, farmers and makers. Expect local pate made by Lily’s in Highfields and cheeses from Awassi Cheesery. Closer to Toowoomba, you can picnic in Peacehaven Park at Highfields or Crows Nest National Park has bush picnic sites with tables. Take a swim in the sandy bottom creek and visit the waterfall. It’s just a 45-minute drive north of Toowoomba.
