A vintage-style cafe and patisserie in Gatton, Tins N’ Trays will custom make your picnic hamper or platter (24 hours’ notice required) using the best local produce and old-fashioned creative basics that remind you of times gone by. Owner Sophie Litzow is passionate about her handcrafted and homemade pastries. She makes her croissants from scratch and believes the ultimate picnic needs top pastries. Sophie also takes great pride in supporting local farmers and being resourceful with the abundance of the Lockyer Valley. The perfect picnic spot? The first wagon route up the Toowoomba Range went through Gormans Gap, Upper Flagstone in 1840. Hunt out the cartwheel tracks amongst the stones before you relax with a picnic from Tins N’ Trays at this lovely spot.
