Open from 7 am, the market is focused on locally made, grown, created, and handmade products. There is free children’s face painting, giant lawn games, and sessional pony rides. Enjoy fresh farm produce from growers such as Tallegalla Fresh (Veggies), Dad Farm Pickles & Chutneys, Forever Blooming flowers, Lindas Rosella Jams, Heavenly Handmade Soaps, and Cyclone Organic Drinks. Purchase from Kirsty’s Bird Sanctuary and Wildlife Rehabilitation Centre to help local wild animals. Stay on for lunch at the 120-year-old, family-run for three generations, Porters Plainland Hotel for the hearty country fare.
