Brad and Stacey Allan, the owners of Sancerre Estate, were instantly captivated by the property’s beauty from the moment they set foot on it. As you step onto the property, you’ll be surrounded by thriving Sauvignon Blanc vines that Brad and Stacey use to craft some of their wines, employing techniques they discovered and fell in love with during their visit to the Sancerre region in France. Guests at Sancerre Estate can indulge in a private tasting experience, sampling all of the estate’s wines, including the exquisite and lesser-known Strange Bird varieties, such as alvarinho and gros manseng, all of which are meticulously grown, pruned, and hand-picked.
